Unfortuantely we cannot offer for the moment an english translation for our webpages but you can use google translate feature that will give you a close translation for our webpage and products. You can also change the cuurency in which the products are shown from the bottom right box of you webpage. You will also may notice that the prices are shown with and without VAT (TVA here). For the usual customers you will take into account the higher price that includes VAT (19% here). For those customers who represent a company which have a valid EU VAT number you will take into account the smaller price listed, which does not include VAT because this will be paid in your own country as current EU legislation states. Please also provide your company details if you want to order on your company behalf.

Creating an account on us

You can create an account by using our create account feature present on website or by the link provided here. Notice that you can place an order on us only if you are logged as a registered user regardless if you are a person or a company.

Minimum order amount and payment

Notice that for EU orders minimum order amount is 100EUR. For Bulgaria and Hungary the minimum order amount is 25EUR. Orders below this amount will not be considered valid.
In case you are not a company the easyest way to pay is by credit card. You can place the order on website and after processing we will send you a payment link by email.
Of course you may use any other payment method you find that is cheaper or easier for you.
In case you represent a company payment can also be made by bank transfer.
Please notice that orders will be shipped only after we have a confirmation that payment was made.

Shipping and costs

Main method of delivery for EU orders is by DPD.If order weight is above 100kg we can also consider cargo shipping. Please have below the aprox costs and transit times for DPD shippments. They offer special prices for Hungary and Bulgaria. Prices below does not include VAT.
